With over 15 years of experience managing over $100m of profitable PPC campaigns, we help set up Google Ads accounts, research and select the best keywords, handle creative, optimize store feeds, and manage client campaigns to increase profitability.

The role:

The Paid Search Account Manager is a client partner, responsible for relationship building, planning, communicating, and shaping future strategy for our clients. 

You will be growing client accounts by successfully overseeing performance and optimization of multiple paid digital campaigns across various platforms. You strategically oversee development and implementation of campaigns, oversee and QA the management of budgets and bids, analyze campaign performance and present data-driven insights to clients. You are committed to maintaining successful relationships with your clients and your team, as a trusted advisor and mentor.

This role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote based. Our team is passionate about supporting new employees and growing a culture of collaboration and flexibility. What you’ll do:

  • Taking on clients in month 1, you will oversee Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of ecommerce brands, B2B and lead generation clients across various industries, ranging from $10K-$500K/month in paid search ad spend
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and goals
  • Assist with new client onboarding
  • Develop strategies for creation & optimization of client campaigns
  • Manage new campaign build processes and post-launch optimization with internal teams
  • Manage/lead all client presentations (including media strategies, weekly status updates, and QBRs)
  • Continuously build relationships, secure buy-in from decision makers, communicate performance results and provide strategy recommendations to clients
  • Provide invested leadership to internal team members
  • Continuously monitor the latest trends, tools, changes, and growth opportunities for clients
  • Assist with new business development as needs arise

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • Experience with planning and implementing successful ecommerce PPC campaign strategies
  • Google Ads certification and a deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Product Feed Strategy, and related stacks
  • Proven project management skills (including team management, process management/SOP)
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations to teams/clients
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication
  • A strong team player prepared to help elevate other team’s objectives through delivery
