With over 15 years of experience managing over $100m of profitable PPC campaigns, we help set up Google Ads accounts, research and select the best keywords, handle creative, optimize store feeds, and manage client campaigns to increase profitability.
The role:
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, delivering, analysing, optimizing, and shaping future campaign strategy for our clients.
You will be growing client accounts by successfully overseeing performance and optimization of multiple paid digital campaigns across various platforms. You will strategically plan and develop media campaigns, analyze campaign performance, optimize campaigns against agreed metrics, and present data-driven insights. You are committed to maintaining successful relationships with Flowstaq team members, as a trusted specialist and advisor.
This role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote based. Our team is passionate about supporting new employees and growing a culture of collaboration and flexibility. What you’ll do:
- Maintain a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and KPI’s.
- Support the Senior Paid Search Account Manager with campaign strategy creation and project planning.
- Develop strategies for creation & optimization of client campaigns
- Create new campaign builds
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns (in partnership with Flowstaq team members)
- Delegate support work to junior team members
- Continuously monitor the latest trends, tools, changes, and growth opportunities for clients
- Continuously build relationships with team members and clients, as required
- Provide technical knowledge and learnings to other Flowstaq team members
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years expertise of in- depth paid search/PPC campaign management experience (Google, Bing)
- Experience with implementing and optimising successful ecommerce campaign strategies
- Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Product Feed Strategy, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and related stacks (including but not limited to Conversion Tracking and attribution)
- Knowledge of PPC targeting strategies (keywords, audiences, geographic, demographic, etc).
- Google Analytics knowledge and the ability to analyze paid search traffic data, create audiences and goals in GA.
- Ability to analyze PPC data and provide evidence-based recommendations to teams/clients
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker with proactive problem-solving capabilities
- A strong team player prepared to help elevate other team’s objectives through delivery
- Robust time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Google Ads certification (Facebook Blueprint certification a plus)
