A temporary tattoo brand with over 10,000 SKU’s and a “try a design before you get inked” offering had hit a plateau on sales levels.

The founder wanted to grow revenue to the point of being able to sell and exit the company.

Opportunities were constantly missed with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal sales.

They needed a fresh approach and new campaign strategy.

The Solution

We built a supplemental shopping product feed for 10,000+ SKU’s, enhancing shopping ad titles and descriptions to show for high intent user queries.

We created a collaborative workflow with the client to schedule holiday and seasonal promotions (including changes to ad copy, budget and ad extensions).

We focused on scaling revenue on the products and keywords that were driving a ROAS target above 2.5X in order to increase appeal for potential buyers of the company to support to founder’s exit strategy.
